Student Council

Our Student Council is made up of pupils elected from 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th classes.

The Student Council elections take place every year. Any pupil from 3rd-6th class can put himself/herself forward for election. The candidates get a chance to address their year group to explain why they want to be a member of the Student Council. Lots of wonderful ideas about future school activities have come from these very interesting sessions.

Student Council members are assigned to class levels from Junior Infants to 6th class. This is so that they can visit classes regularly to consult and inform their classmates.
